Nemohu najit ekvivalent ke slovu "contents" v tomto pripade, myslela jsem, ze by se mohlo jednat o ekonomicke uzitky.

"Na zaklade najemni smlouvy je od najemce pozadovano navraceni nemovitosti a ekonomicke uzitky ke dni skonceni najmu".

agree  Vladimir Karoli: pripajam sa. je to bud "zařízení" alebo "movitosti". Propery je v tom prípade "nemovitost"
