Agreement of the Parties
The parties have consented to the terms of this decree and stipulated it is a contract. The Court finds that the parties have entered into an Agreement Incident to Divorce. The Court approves the agreement and makes it part of the decree as if it were recited verbatim. IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED that the parties comply with the terms of the agreement.
