Prosím o pomoc, do druhé věty (uvádím i předchozí a můj překlad, jak si to asi myslím) jsem se zamotal, nepřipadá mi, že "if there is one..." je gramaticky správně, podmět by měl být podle mě uveden znovu. Díky

"Month" means a period starting on one day in a calendar month and ending on the numerically corresponding day in the next calender month:
„Měsícem“ se rozumí období, které začíná prvním dnem v kalendářním měsíci a končí číselně odpovídajícím dnem následujícího kalendářního měsíce, s tou výjimkou, že:

if the numerically corresponding day is not a Business Day, that period shall end on the next Business Day in that calendar month in which that period is to end if there is one, or if there is not, on the immediately preceding Business Day; and

pokud číselně odpovídající den není pracovní den, toto období skončí následující pracovní den kalendářního měsíce, v němž má toto období skončit, pokud takový den existuje, nebo pokud takový den neexistuje, bezprostředně předcházející pracovní den;
