Asker: díky, o to mi šlo, že je to zatím vše "údajně" - v psychologické příručce jsem našel i to "tvůrce" (a recipient), ale jakživ jsem to neslyšel.

neutral  Pavel Slama: Slovo perpetrator má jen jeden význam. Není na překladateli ho měnit podle toho, co se mu zdá.

úmysl jednající osoby - to přece není žádný trestně-právní pojednání/spis ... zda je někdo pachatelem/zločincem rozhoduje normálně soud - dle OED se mj. jedná o osobu, která se dopustila něčeho nehorázného/zcela nepřijatelného (outrageous), to z ní ale ještě nečiní pachatele/zločince
