Bus/Financial - Human Resources / staff training
English term or phrase: scenario
Again, a seemingly obvious one but I just cannot think what's the ideal equivalent in staff training, where scenarios are used to simulate real life situation for role-plays.

agree  Marek Obdrzalek: I´d prefer "scénář" rather than scénka, but it depends on context.

agree  Jirka Bolech: "Scénař" as an aggregate of all specific circumstances sounds like the best choice. I would alternatively suggest "situace" for this context...

scénka

Explanation:
An obvious choice would be "scénář", but given the (previous) context, I think this could rather refer to the "action" than to the "script".

See for example:
http://www.ossnad.cz/kurz/analyza.doc

"Základní role ve scénáři. [...] Lektor vždy na konec vyzve protagonisty scénky, aby sdělili své pocity z rolí."

Ještě mě napadla "modelová situace" :) - to nemá onen možná "komediální" přídech scénky a lze v kontextu zadání dotazu rovněž dobře použít.
