Inclusion, what does it mean? It means the respect for one another and recognition that each person brings his or her unique differences to XXXX. What does it mean in the workplace? It means we will encounter co-workers, customers, and vendors with a variety of noticeable differences, that is, diversity, and some of these differences are not only in age, gender, race, ethnicity and sexual orientation, but also in language, background, experience, intellect and ability. In other words, we work with a variety of people that bring a distinct characteristic and experience to what they contribute.
