Tento dotaz už řešila němčina a dospěli k "Zeichneranteil" s tím, že se jedná o kontext fondů. Já mám zapis z prvniho zasedani predstavenstva Ltd. Podle kontextu by to snad mohly byt "zakladatelske akcie"?
