Děkuji za podněty, ale nakonec jsem se rozhodl pro výraz krémové žampiony. Výraz hnědé žampiony totiž podle mě v čj zahrnuje krémové (chestnut mushrooms) i portobello (brown mushrooms). Brown mushrooms jsou více zralé než chestnut mushrooms. A termín agaricus bisporus či pečárka dvouvýtrusá se do receptu jaksi nehodí.
