Dobry den, prosim vas, vi nekdo, jak se toto preklada? Je to z gambijskeho oddaciho listu. Vysvetleni jsem nasla a je zde: "There are two parts to the dowry. The first is the prompt and it is payable at the time of the marriage ceremony. The second is the deferred and it is payable to the wife at the time of the death of the husband or divorce. It is usual for the family to negotiate a nominal prompt and a large deferred to make divorce more difficult for the husband." Akorat nevim, zda existuje nejaky dany cesky termin. Dekuji.

"Bride and groom should agree upon something as dowry. Dowry is an obligatory gift that is given by the groom to the bride. Dowry can be anything that has a benefit for the bride, such as money, gold, book, flower, etc. Dowry can be paid promptly, or to be deferred to a later time upon request of the bride. In the second case, bride can ask for the dowry at any time after the marriage. Please determine the dowry: "
