speak up "speak-up" linija (za slobodno iznošenje problema) Explanation: Ako se radi o sledećem tekstu (ali bar nekom vrlo sličnom), ipak bih dodala da se ne radi samo o mogućnosti slobodnog iznošenja problema, već i konkretnom načinu koji će im to omogućiti. Način koji je opisan u tekstu je posebno namenjena telefonska linija, preko koje će radnici moći da ispune ove svoje potrebe.
