Any dispute, controversy, or difference among the parties hereto arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be referred to and settled by arbitration in XXXX, in accordance with the Rules of XXXX Law. The Award resulting therefrom shall be final and binding on the parties hereto and upon all parties to such arbitration and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over such parties.

agree  PeregrineFalcon: čini mi se u redu, iako nije moje područje, a možda može i donijeti presudu?

  -> mislim da je presuda već donesena od strane arbitražnog tijela, a zavisno od pravnog sustava sud je proglašava pravomoćnom, ili se kod suda traži izvršenje presude ako nije npr. dobrovoljno ispunjena...imo ovo je otprilike malo dosta blizu:))))
