ured za platni promet

Explanation:

ured za platni promet

there are also references on the web to simply backoffice so I suspect that this is used amongst those in the technie community.

This site gives the three terms front, middle and back office and an Croatian version of it but I wonder whether backoffice would also be common as these backoffices are likely to be interacting with other European companies who use this expression.

Since this version gets no google hits, you may want to consider doing what they do in this article, use the English and insert the Croatian explanation.

there's quite a few Croatian software-related texts with backoffice in.
