Explanation:
如果把versus翻译为“比”，“与。。。相比”，那么这个句子就不是A与B的比较，而是含有A与C (TREATED WITH doublet chemotherapy)和B与C，再把A与B进行比较。这样翻译就太乱了。

我說的無關是從句子結構的觀點來說的.至於內容,是不是如jyuan_us說的那樣,.就要看詳細內容才知道,所以我用"直接”兩字.
ㄧ項醫療研究的範圍,如果沒有清楚的提出,不敢妄加猜測,說不定B的研究,本來就沒有包括對於doublet chemotherapy的比較. 而A的研究報告包含兩個比較的結果,實際上整個是"一個"項目, 或者可以說,"...treated with erlotinib versus doublet chemotherapy "就是題目.
