出现在一个并购案中,一家大公司旗下子公司被收购,大公司把子公司的员工围出来(Fenced),不能跳槽到旗下其他公司,只能自动调转到收购公司旗下,或者就是辞职或退休(When XX decided (and announced) that it was going to sell one of its subsidaries, it 'fenced' ['fencing'] all its employees supporting the subsidary company until the sale is completed. Fenced = their job is frozen? the employee can not transfer to another job within the parent company, and is not eligible for a buy-out package. They can quit or retire only)。
