I found out that the speaker meant that she had scheduled the woman's appointment, which Pam, the speaker's boss, had scheduled before. So, the woman was waiting for Pam to finish up the appointment, which probably means Pam would need to cancel that appointment or do something else so that the woman could make it.

It's a little complicated, the way I put it. I hope it makes sense. Anyways, thanks for your help.

If the speaker and the woman have the appointment at the same time:
一位女士也进了来，恰巧跟我在同一个时间里等著和Pam約見。
Or:
一位女士也进了来等待要與Pam面談，恰巧我也不慎被安排在同一個時間與Pam見面。
(By the way, is it possible that the speaker was just saying that she was the one who made the mistaken appointment for the lady to meet Pam, as she might be Pam's assistant? It depends on the context.)
