Bait-and-Switch 包含两个行为部分，首先是饵诱 (bait)，继而调包 (switch)。是行销手法的一种，透过广告宣传或搜寻器关键词吸引顾客到店内，却用优惠或限购等诱导顾客购买其他非原先感兴趣的商品。这一手法可释作「偷梁换柱」，较为绘形生动；否则按字面意译便是「先誘後轉銷售」。
