English term or phrase: Baby in Car
Baby in Car / Baby on board

It's some kind of Car Sticker attached to the back window of a car, in order to warn the drivers behind the car to keep a certain distance to avoid a car crash. We've translated it as "车内有小孩" for "Baby on board", but the client want to gete a differenct translation for "Baby in Car", and I found only "车内有小孩" is popular for "Baby in Car" too.
Your translation should be popular and must have many car stickers or pictures displayed if you search from Google. He would prefer some formal car sticker translations for this term.

Do you guys have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for your helps!
