Explanation:
Мисля, че става въпрос за хора, чиито жилища се намират в близост до свинефермата. Така че в свободен превод вероятно ще е нещо от сорта на "засегнати от замърсяване местоживеещи/мести жители" (не знам дали става дума за замърсяване, но така предполагам, понеже се споменава свинеферма). Все пак да кажа, че не съм напълно сигурен, понеже тможе пък да се окаже някакъв технически термин.
