owner in fee of land собственик с неограничени права върху земята/ собственик на земята Explanation: Bottom line is that you can disregard the word "fee". Basically means unqualified ownership and the owner can do what he-she likes with it (give it away, leave it to whomever in will). When the word “fee” is used alone, it means the same as “fee simple” and “fee simple absolute.” What these terms all mean is that the person owns all the rights to the property without restriction or limitation and may freely sell it or devise it a will to his beneficiaries. It is the state of ownership that gives the owner the most rights to the property. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2016-02-14 08:38:44 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- http://homeguides.sfgate.com/fee-simple-ownership-mean-57263... Fee simple ownership is the strongest and most complete form of ownership as no other parties have any ability to limit the rights of the owner. и т.н. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2016-02-14 09:16:32 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Или "неограничен собственик на земята" Reference: http://community.lawyers.com/forums/t/76305.aspx |
