This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize constituent resistance and maximize constituent engagement. The Change Management Lead will work to direct the adoption, at an accelerated pace, or stay out in front of a transition to a SaaS model for ERP.
