behaviorizam - (engl. behaviour = ponašanje, vladanje), metoda istraživanja u psihologiji koja se
isključivo temelji na objektivnom i eksperimentalnom proučavanju ponašanja (zanemarujući introspekciju),
individue u različitim okolnostima. Teoretski oblik b. razradili su osobito J.B. Watson i V. Bechterev. B.
odbacuje svako metafizičko gledište u psihologiji a psihologiju veže uz fiziologiju. B. promatra na isti
način ponašanje životinja i ljudi, koje temelji na principima refleksa koje shvaća materijalistički i
deterministički.
