surviving bureaucracy আমলাতন্ত্রে বসবাস Explanation: In the given title, the word "surviving" is not a qualifier to 'bureaucracy', - it does not refer to something that survives. Rather, 'surviving' is a verbal noun (gerund), denoting the experience of living through bureaucratic hassles of the society. Hence আমলাতন্ত্রে বসবাস would be a nice title in Bengali, carrying the closest meaning. I hope my friends will understand the points. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 days2 hrs (2010-06-03 10:16:00 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- Thanks very much Mr. Suvankar. I also appreciate the final term that you modified. Best regards. |
