شهادة تغيير الإسم

a certificate that is binding to only one party, if you are issued such a certificate upon request then you are not known anymore to all parties you are contracting with like banks, insurance providers etc. and you are obliged to inform all of them with the alterations you made officially on you ID, those parties would not sign a new contract with you but simply cancel the previous name and use the latter.
