I am translating an article related to Law(News). I t is a dispute between the homerowners association and State Fram Fire and Causalty Co.that was taken to California appeals courts. The sentence which includes that phrase is:
ACalifornia appeals court has refused to allow the homeowners association of a condominium complex to revive its insurance claim under a state law allowing reurrection of claims pertaining to the 1994 Northridge earthquake. I would be so glad to know the meaning in Arabic
