As you mentioned, the basic definition of a Community Order, which was introduced in the UK recently, is that it is "A court sentence to be served in the community". The fact that specific requirements may be attached to that sentence (tagging or drug treatment etc.) is secondary. Your translation has to convey this very basic meaning of حكم بتنفيذ عقوبة خارج السجن /أو/ في المجتمع. |
