1.1 In this Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise:
"AED" means the Arab Emirate Dirham, the lawful currency of the UAE;
"Business Day" means a day {other than a Friday or a Saturday) on which the Transfer Agent is open for regular commercial operation in the UAE;
"Consideration Account" means the account to be opened by the Transfer Agent pursuant to Clause 3.1;
"Consideration Amount" means the sum to be deposited by the Purchaser into the Consideration Account in accordance with the Primary Agreement;
