تشطيب / أعمال تشطيب
Explanation:
"Second fix" takes place after the internal surfaces have been applied. The second fix is the finishing work, usually done after plastering.

Second fix would be all the work done after plastering a finished house. Baths and sinks are connected to pipes, electrical fixtures are connected to the cables and windows are fitted into the frames. Second fix is much neater than the first fix and usually undertaken by interior design companies.
