Kuadri klinik i paradontozave përfshin shenjat dhe simptomat e gingiviteve por është më i rëndë për shkak të shtrirjes së inflamacionit nga gingiva drejt lidhjes parodontale, tek cementi i rrënjës deri tek kocka alveolare.
