no sé, es muy pronto para pensar pero política o estrategia de la empresa sería una buena traducción de beleid el thema podrias traducirlo como tema o cuestiones, es decir cuestiones estratégicas
Pero creo que cuestiones estratégicas y estrategias, es lo mismo, por lo tanto me inclino por apuntes o notas sobre las estrategias de la empresa o algo así.
