Senza altro contesto come dice l'italiano turistico, 'casale fattoria', 'fattoria turistica', 'fattoria abitabile', 'agriturismo fattoria', 'casale rustico adibito ad agriturismo/Bed and Breakfast' (ma non so se quelli del testo ospitano agriturismi o B&B) o ha un termine preciso ?
Dalle foto in rete non sembrano casali o rustici. Grazie !

da ricerche risulta che dovrebbe essere un casale rustico, può essere stata la casa principale di una fattoria reso abitabile tramite ristrutturazione. Ma si vedono anche costruzioni moderne.
Non è obbligatoria la destinazione turistica. Se ne parla più come 2a casa (abitazione 'ricreativa'). E il marketing giocherà sulla parola 'fattoria' per dare un'idea di campagna.
In sostanza è una casa 'indipendente' in campagna (IMO).
