unentgeltlich und zetlich unbeschränkt Explanation: Der Kontext ist etwas dürftig aber wenn ich es richtig verstehe, geht es um eine Grunddienstbarkeit die unentgeltlich bestellt werden soll Das Charakteristikum einer Grunddienstbarkeit ist ja gerade ein Dulden (deswegen ohne Gegenleistung/Vergütung) Übersetzt man "om niet" mit "unentgeltlich" kann man niemals falsch liegen zum "altijd durend". Man könnte jetzt hier wörtlich übersetzen, was bestimmt nicht falsch wäre, also mit "für immer" bzw. "immerwährend" Für mich gehört das jedoch eher in den Bereich der Religion und nicht des Rechtes ;-) daher würde ich lieber mit https://www.google.de/search?source=hp&ei=hxPHW-23FcK9sQGav5... übersetzen |
