Reference: VOOR = VAN Reference information: Zonder de voorafgaande tekst te kennen, lijkt het me het meest logisch dat hier zou moeten staan "...voor aanspraken VAN huurder". Gewoon een van de (regelmatig voorkomende) juridische slippertjes in contracten. De huidige verhuurder is, neem ik aan, de verkoper, de toekomstige huurder de koper. Dat zou verklaren waarom de verhuurder plotseling verkoper wordt genoemd. |
