neutral  Arnold van Druten: Tarifgehalt oder Tariflohn bezieht sich aber auch genauso auf z.B. "Haustarif" oder "Gruppentarif", ohne dass diese Tarife zwischen den klassichen Tarifparteien (Arbeitgeberverband + Arbeitnehmervertretung = Gewerkschaft) festgelegt sein muss.
