Es geht um ein Rezept für "Aardappelschoteltje met tomaten, courgette en mozzarella".

In der Zubereitung heißt es: "Schep de aardappelplakjes om met wat zout en het gehakte knoflook. Schep de helft in de souffléschaal. Schik daarop kransgewijs de helft van de courgette, tomaat en kaasplakjes."

Was ist genau "kransgewijs"? Wie werden die Zucchini, Tomaten und Käsescheiben daraufgelegt? Dachziegelförmig? Kreuzweise?
