It doesn't get many Google hits, but a bon is a note or slip, and begeleidings- means it accompanies the consignment, so I would say waybill for vrachtbrief and delivery note for begeleidingsbon.

  -> I can't provide a dictionary entry because it's not a common word. But I think its meaning is obvious - it's a piece of paper that accompanies a delivery, with details of the sender and recipient etc. It's a delivery note.
