Dutch term or phrase:de horeca
Bijvoorbaat dank.
For new members (and as a reminder for older members): this area is for asking questions to the Asker when clarification is required. Opinions on the correctness of a particular term should be expressed using the peer comment boxes or in your own posting.

thanks to those who suggested terms. I am going to go with Lucy's suggestion.
You can't as Lucy didn't post a separate answer, once 24 hours have passed (you should wait that long) you can chose the most helpful separate answer and award it points out of 4 and if you wish complete the glossary with the most complete term.

I agree with Lucy Simpson's answer, which was in the form of a note. Now, how do I award her points for her answer and close the question? (Only been here a few times). thanks
Hi Buck, Johan's answer is right - I would however at the beginning of the text, possibly in a footnote, explain where the term *Horeca* comes from - have posted under Johan's answer for you.
