I need help with coming up with a decent English translation. It literally means - delivery of increased efforts - of course. The expert is being assigned this task by a court to determine proper compensation for damages which may or may not have resulted in a mental disorder. Thanks for any help!

the expenditure of extra effort
Explanation:
I think in English we would say "expenditure" rather than "delivery". The expert would have to say whether the subject's return to work does or does not require the expenditure of extra effort (relative to the efforts of a so-called 'normal' individual).
