I can find nothing on "petch".

De patchroom met de Alcatel netwerkkast including GEROLF. Deze ruimte was tevens in gebruik als algemene stockroom. Annie's lichtblauwe dweilen kregen een plaatsje naast GEROLF(linkerbenedenhoek). De ruimte tussen netwerkkast en muur is ideaal om bezems en aftrekkers weg te bergen.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, there is no right answer. The client has indicated that there is an error and has deleted the text. There are patch cabinets and patch rooms however, and I think the original was a spelling mistake.

Heb absoluut geen kaas gegeten van het onderwerp en heb geen idee of 'petch' (in deze context) bestaat, maar misschien gaat het wel om een typfout en bedoelen ze patchruimte...

Dit heb ik o.a. voor patchruimte gevonden:

De patchruimte is geschikt voor digitale apparatuur, waaronder de server. De connectie met het Internet c.q. Kennisnet dient hier te worden gerealiseerd. De ruimte dient goed te kunnen worden geventileerd en dient afsluitbaar te zijn.
