continuous form, fanfold paper, fanfold form, pin-feed paper Explanation: Not sure, but I think they might be referring to rather old-fashioned printer output that is termed 'kettingformulier' in Dutch. The addition of 'v.v. automatische baanbesturing' (= voorzien van automatische baanbesturing) hints in that direction. Groot Woordenboek Industrie en Techniek (Graham Oxtoby) renders 'kettingformulier'as above.
