  -> Dank je wel, Barend. Bij Mintzberg staan de 'coordination mechanisms' voor de verschillende wijzen van aansturing, maar jouw voorstel lijkt me ook goed bruikbaar, m.n. als het niet echt noodzakelijk is om dicht bij Mintzberg te blijven.
