Hoewel het op het eerste gezicht voor de hand zou liggen dat dezelfde afwegingen zullen gelden voor de spiegelbeeldige situatie van een verklaring van niet-inbreuk op een buitenlands octrooi (dezelfde rechtsvragen zijn immers aan de orde), is de rechtbank niettemin, zij het deels, ***een ander oordeel toegedaan.***
