What else is there to explain? I am quite new to proz.com. I wanted to leave it blank, but that was not possible. And I saw others do the same.
neutral Ken Cox : IMO the translation is self-explanatory here, but IMO the practice of some askers of providing no explanation should not be imitated. At best it means that you can't be bothered, and at worst it suggests that the answer is obvious ('dumb question').
