From what I have read, the new Belgian BV is simply a replacement for the old bvba. They are both "besloten vennootschappen" and are not fundamentally different from one another in any way that you could express simply by translating them differently. So, if you need to articulate the difference between them, you should stick to the Belgian terms and add a gloss or an explanation.
