Michael Beijer: or ‘error susceptibility’ or ‘sensitivity to errors’ or ‘error sensitivity’ (IATE) / I think I prefer error to fault as fault has more of a machinery feel to it whereas this is online stuff

Hans Geluk: Many good suggestions from you both! I prefer vulnerability to errors. Definitely a PRO question though, you don't get this translated by the (wo)man on the street! // haha, on the street you may get "mistake feeling" :-)

Kitty Brussaard: I think 'sensitivity' (and more specifically: error sensitivity / sensitivity to errors) is the best word choice here. It can even be used simply on its own (cf. software sensitivity analysis).

Kirsten Bodart: sensitivity definitely, whether it's error or fault depends on whether the mistake is made by the person writing the programme (=error) or whether the fault occurs on its own so the thing doesn't function (= fault), though 'error' will cover most bases.

I put this forward because I think this is what is meant in the context and with all respect to other answerers, I think "sensitivity" is the wrong word here.
