Insurance

This comes from a (Belgian) document on the terms and conditions for an accident insurance policy. Could someone please help me with the translation of 'verzekeringsproducent" which appears to be a separate entity from the 'verzekeraar' (=insurer)? Elsewhere in the document there are also references to the 'verzekeringsmaatschappij'. So probably 'verzekeringsmaatschappij' and 'verzekeraar' are the same entity while 'verzekeringsproducent' is a different body?

Thanks a lot in advance!
