xxxx is met yyyy nog in onderhandeling over de definitieve provisie afspraken over 2007 en 2008. Volgens het management van xxxx zullen deze afspraken over deze jaren gunstiger zijn voor xxxx dan over 2006 voor vreemd product.

this concerns commission payments which one insurance company owes to another. I suspect it means "products sold for other companies" - but then it could be something else.
