Als aanspraak wordt gemaakt op prestaties bij overlijden respectievelijk arbeidsongeschiktheid, dan kan een zogenaamde uitkeringstoets van toepassing zijn overeenkomstig het bepaalde in de Aanvullende voorwaarden voor pensioenverzekeringen (groepsverzekeringen), welke bij het reglement zijn gevoegd.
De uitkeringstoets is een toets uit hoofde waarvan bij overlijden of arbeidsongeschiktheid van de deelnemer nadere voorwaarden gesteld worden voor het toekennen van de verzekerde prestaties.
De deelnemer is verplicht de werkgever de benodigde gegevens te verstrekken in verband met de uitkeringstoets.
Vrijstelling van premiebetaling wegens arbeidsongeschiktheid valt eveneens onder de uitkeringstoets.
