Just a few ideas...

Excedent is already English, I would normally think of as "residual" or "excess" as being more in context, although excess normally means amounts over statutory maximums which could give rise to a fine, penalty or taxation. If that's not the case for this document, I would opt for "deductible".

As for "aanvulling" in an insurance context is probably an amount contributed towards an annuity (a "supplement" if you will). So "contribution" works here.
