I'm translating a payslip which has been issued to outline the details of a sickness benefits grant. ("FUNCTIE = ZW-UITKERINGSGERECHTIGDE")

Under the heading "Cumulaties" is a column with the following entries:

DGN SOC VERZ
WG.HEFF.ZVW
V/H SOC.PLLOON

My understanding is that "SOC.PLLOON" is the income subject to deduction of social security premiums, but I will be grateful if anyone can tell me what "V/H" stands for in this context.

v/h betekent meestal 'van het' of 'voorheen' http://anw.inl.nl/article/v.h.

"Ook componenten 257 BRUTO (brutoloon) en 265 V/H SOC.PLLOON (voorheen sociaalplichtig loon) kunnen in de grondslag worden opgenomen."
E.e.a. wordt hier verder toegelicht, maar ik zou niet precies weten waarom het 'voorheen' heet of wat het 'voorheen' maakt.

I thought it would be good to add that the abbreviation in English is known as PKA (previously known as) or FKA (formerly known as).

agree  Kitty Brussaard: Voorheen werd inderdaad onderscheid gemaakt tussen 'sociaalplichtig loon' en 'heffingsplichtig loon' (i.e. verschillende grondslagen) maar dat onderscheid is in ieder geval sinds 2013 (zie Wet uniformering loonbegrip) verdwenen.
