Dutch term or phrase: Akkoord j vis
Hello.

In an echocardiography summary report, I have this phrase "Akkoord j vis" in the conclusions. No other context or info, unfortunately.

Results above state "poor windows apically, good systolic LV- and RV function, aortic root: dilated.

Followed by "aortawortel niet goed a vue op PLAX".

Any ideas?

Notes to answerer
Asker: Obviously if it had been written properly in the first place (not lower case), I'd have interpreted no problem. I have lived in the Netherlands but never met someone called Mr. Fish!

agree  writeaway: Everyday language. not medical, not difficult. Akkoord is accord in French. People's names aren't translated afaik. /it's obvious. no further context needed. /but it is obvious to anyone who knows a bit of Dutch

-> Everything is easy if you know how to read it. The problem was, I suppose, 'j vis' was not spelled correctly, not as a name normally would be, and absence of further context./ We can be sure it wasn't obvious to the asker initially.
